Cut in shortening. Add salt and sufficient ice water to make pastry consistency. Roll out half of pastry; fill pie pan or pyrex pie pan.</div><div align="left">Toss apple slices with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and remaining 2 Tbsp. flour; turn into pie shell; dot with margarine.</div><div align="left">Top with other half of rolled pastry, then cut several slits in top or cut in strips and weave your lattice top. Crimp edges to seal. Sprinkle with more granulated sugar. Cover with foil. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
